Leigh Ann Long

René Moore is our customer service representative. Born and raised in Raleigh County, she joined the Air Force and spent almost a decade in the southwest before returning home to Beckley, WV. After spending the next several years working in the multi-family housing industry, she’s excited to bring her 20 plus years of customer service experience to help you manage your insurance needs at State Farm. When she’s not in the office, you can find René enjoying time with her family on the many local hiking trails.

Patti Crosier is a born and raised West Virginia native. She attended high school at Oak Hill and went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from Fairmont State University. Patti currently resides in Beckley with her husband, son and two rescue dogs Jack & Josie. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. She has been with State Farm for five years and has a passion for helping customers find the right Life Insurance plan for their families as well as providing down-to-earth, relatable customer service.

Jessica Colson is our remote customer service representative. She resides in Maine with her husband, two children and two dogs. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and has been offering those skills to State Farm customers for over 2 years. She loves helping customers maintain their policies and make sure they have the coverage they need. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, camping and traveling.
